Miss Stephie was enrolled in her very first dance class at the age of 3 and has been dancing ever since! She danced competitively for over 16 years and has had extensive training in all styles of dance.


She won her first “first place overall” at her first competition at the age of 6 and continued placing throughout her many years of dance. During her competitive dance years, Stephie became a nationally ranked soloist at StarPower Dance Competition and Star Systems Talent Competition.


Stephie has also danced professionally for numerous conventions including Michael Jackson’s ‘Thriller’ re-make, ‘Age of Amedysis’ and worked with Destiny Inc. as a motivational dancer.


She was the founder and Captain of Dr. Phillips High School’s PULSE dance team which placed 1st overall in the State Dance Championship under her direction in their very first year. Stephie started her teaching career at Edge Dance Studios at the young age of 16.


Miss Stephie was given her first opportunity to choreograph for Edge Dance Company at the age of 17. In her first year, her choreography and dances were all top scoring pieces. She won several prestigious choreography awards alongside many veteran industry professionals. Stephie has been named Top Choreographer at competitions including Hall of Fame, Intrigue Dance Intensive, PrimeTime, West Coast Dance Explosion and many others. Our Edge Dance Company was named the Hall of Fame Dance Challenge’s ‘Top Scoring Studio’ in 2011 and again in 2012 under her direction. She has been teaching and directing Edge students for the past 9 years and couldn’t be happier.


As the Edge Dance Company Director, Miss Stephie has created a group of dancers that are not only technically trained but also young, professional entertainers. Her students have continued on to be a part of the hit TV series, So You Think You Can Dance, they have landed positions performing with Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, the Tampa Bay Lightning Girls, and have even been spotlighted on the Justin Bieber Purpose World Tour. She has helped numerous others to continue their dance careers into college and beyond. She takes great pride in the accomplishments of her dancers and looks forward to seeing their thriving careers develop in the professional entertainment industry which they are destined for.


Miss Stephie graduated Magna Cum Laude and was the top in her major at Rollins College earning her Bachelors of Arts and Sciences degree. Miss Stephie currently resides in Tampa, FL where she was a Tampa Bay Buccaneers Cheerleader from 2014-2016. Currently she is a choreographer for local college dance teams including Rollins College as well as for professional teams such as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Cheerleaders. She continues her passion for dance, teaching, and choreography as the Company Director for our elite Edge Dance Company while striving to be a positive role model to all young people through dance.
